Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tempofox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a studio or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of managing studio operations, registrations, and billing. You must not use the service to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. Billing and Payments
Studio owners are responsible for their subscription fees and any applicable platform fees. Fees are billed according to the plan selected during signup. We use Stripe to process payments securely. Refunds for subscription fees are handled on a case-by-case basis. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Tempofox and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tempofox and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the platform, including studio information and class descriptions.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempofox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
